At Fortex Labs ("we", "us", "our"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use the LogicFood: Food Additive Guide mobile application ("App").

1. Data We Collect

LogicFood does not collect any personal data. There is no account creation, login, email registration, or authentication system in the App.

Your personal lists (buy / avoid) are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers. Lists are tracked via a local device identifier that stays entirely on your device and is never shared with us.

2. Camera Access

Camera permission is requested for the barcode scanner feature. The camera is used only momentarily to read a barcode — no photos or images are stored, uploaded, or shared. You can revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings.

3. Food Ingredient Data

All additive and ingredient information shown in the App is based on publicly available European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) guidelines. This data is not user-generated and contains no personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No user data is shared with any third-party data processors.

5. Children's Privacy

Since the App collects no personal data, it is suitable for all ages and poses no privacy risk to children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
