Terms of Use

Welcome to Hair Transformer: AI Assistant ("App"), developed by Fortex Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hair Transformer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Hair Transformer, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, especially for any purchases. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may use Hair Transformer in the following ways:

• Guest Mode: Use the app anonymously without registration
• Registered Account: Create an account with your email address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System and Purchases

4.1 How Credits Work

• Hair Transformer uses a credit-based system for transformations
• 1 Credit = 1 Transformation
• New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases

4.2 Purchases

• All credit purchases are one-time purchases (no subscriptions)
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payments are handled by RevenueCat
• Prices are displayed in your local currency

4.3 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Photos

When you upload photos to Hair Transformer:

• You retain all ownership rights to your original photos
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos for transformation purposes
• AI-generated transformations are created for your personal use

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You agree not to upload:

• Photos of other people without their consent
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Nude or sexually explicit content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create fake or misleading content using transformations
• Use transformations to deceive, harass, or harm others
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its services

7. Intellectual Property

Hair Transformer, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is the property of Fortex Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our explicit permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Hair transformation results are generated by artificial intelligence (Google AI). While we strive for quality results:

• Results may vary based on photo quality and lighting
• Transformations are artistic representations and may not be perfectly accurate
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• AI-generated content should not be used as a guarantee of real-world results

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTEX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hair Transformer at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, use the "Delete My Data" feature in the app settings or contact us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
