By using Peace: Missed Prayer Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Peace is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harass or harm other users.

1. Nature of the App

Peace is not a religious authority and does not provide religious rulings (fatwas) or guidance. The app is designed as a tool to help you track your missed (qada/kaza) prayers and does not replace any religious authority. We recommend consulting qualified religious scholars for questions regarding your religious obligations. Use of the app is at your own responsibility.

2. Data Security and Privacy

All your data is stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit any data to remote servers with a direct user connection. If you choose to enable the optional backup service, your data is backed up in its raw, unprocessed form. If you decline this service, no data ever leaves your device.

3. Sensitive Religious Data

The app collects religious worship data for the purpose of missed prayer tracking. This data is considered sensitive personal data. All of it is processed on your device. Your data is never analyzed, profiled, or shared with third parties outside of your device under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

Peace and its content (design, code, graphics, logos) are the intellectual property of Fortex Labs and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. User Content

Data you create through the app (prayer records, progress data) remains your property. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The app will be compatible with all devices and platforms
• A specific result will be achieved

7. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time for reasons such as adding new features, fixing bugs, or improving performance. Where reasonable, we will try to avoid changes that could result in data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peace and its owners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms may be subject to the laws of your country or region and, where applicable, are intended to be interpreted consistently with the relevant data protection and consumer protection rules, in addition to the local laws stated in the app store listing.
