Adhan is an application that helps Muslims track prayer times, find the Qibla direction, and read daily Hadith. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Our app may collect the following information:

Location Data: We use your GPS location to calculate prayer times and determine the Qibla direction. Your location data is not stored on our servers; it is processed only on your device for real-time calculation.
App Preferences: Your selected calculation method, language, theme, and notification settings are stored locally on your device.
Favorite Cities: Cities you save are stored locally on your device.

2. Location Data

The app requires access to your location in order to accurately calculate prayer times. Location data is used solely for real-time prayer time and Qibla calculation — it is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings; in that case, you can manually select your city.

3. Notifications

If you enable prayer time notifications, the app sends local notifications directly on your device. These notifications are not routed through our servers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party services:

Adhan.js: An open-source library used to calculate prayer times. No data transfer occurs.
Google Analytics (Firebase): Anonymous usage statistics may be collected to help us improve app performance. No personally identifiable information is shared.

5. Use of Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

To calculate prayer times
To determine the Qibla direction
To display the daily Hadith
To send notifications
To save your app preferences

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.

6. Data Deletion

To delete your app data, you can permanently remove all local data by uninstalling the app or resetting your data through the in-app settings.
