## Tracking features

- Weight, height, and BMI
- Waist, hips, chest, arms, legs, shoulders, and neck measurements
- Daily steps
- Timestamped progress photos
- Metric history charts
- Editing of previous entries

## Groups and motivation

- Private groups and invite codes
- Per-entry group visibility controls
- Likes on shared group progress
- Weekly group competitions
- Champion medals and optional motivation notifications

## Health integrations

On supported devices, users can optionally import weight, height, and step data from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. Manual entry remains available. Health permissions are optional and can be changed later.

## Accounts and privacy

Users can begin in guest mode without providing an email address and create a permanent account later. Progress-photo storage is private and protected by access controls. Sharing is optional, and users select which groups can see each shared progress entry. Progress entries and accounts can be deleted.

## Important limitation

Fit Together is a personal fitness and progress-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Store versions, ratings, pricing, and availability can change and should be verified in the relevant app store.
